Behind the elegant glass roof, a refined and indulgent cuisine is being prepared, showcasing regional produce. The menu changes with the seasons and reflects the bounty of our local terroirs. Meals are rounded off with the exquisitely subtle desserts created by Fabien Casassus, our pastry chef. A selection of wines and Armagnacs awaits to complement your meal. La Grande Salle is open from Wednesday to Saturday, for lunch and dinner, and on Sunday for lunch.
Are children welcome?
Yes, families are very welcome. We have a ‘Mini Mousquetaire’ menu for children up to the age of 10. Please do let us know when you’re coming when you make your booking.
Can we treat someone to a meal?
Yes, gift boxes are available to introduce people to the La Grande Salle experience.
Are pets allowed in the Great Hall?
No, but they’re allowed at the 9th and at the Cantine.
